Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 4, 2026
Our Commitment
Adams Digital LLC (“Adams Digital”, “we”, “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
We believe that accessibility is not a one-time checkbox but an ongoing practice. As the web and our website evolve, we periodically re-evaluate our work against current standards and remediate the issues we find.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility on adamsdigital.com, we:
- Design and develop with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.
- Use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and meaningful labels for assistive technology users.
- Test new and changed pages with automated accessibility tooling (such as axe-core and Lighthouse) before publishing.
- Provide alternative text for meaningful images and avoid color as the sole means of conveying information.
- Periodically audit the site against WCAG 2.1 AA and document our findings.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
adamsdigital.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are actively working toward full Level AA conformance and re-test the site as changes are made.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations we are tracking and working to remediate include:
- Color contrast of certain accent text against light backgrounds.
- Keyboard and screen-reader announcements for some interactive controls (such as menu disclosures).
- Third-party embedded content (for example, scheduling widgets, payment processors, and analytics scripts) which we do not directly control. We work with our vendors to encourage their conformance.
If you encounter an issue not listed here, we would like to know about it so we can address it.
Compatibility
adamsdigital.com is designed to be compatible with current versions of the following:
- Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
- Assistive technologies: VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS (Windows).
The site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Where JavaScript is unavailable, core information and contact paths remain available.
