Social Autopilot runs online, and the people behind it are in Saint Charles.

Where we work

Adams Digital is based in Saint Charles. We work with businesses across St. Charles County, St. Louis County and the city of St. Louis.

A local number

Call or text (636) 362-6221 and you reach Adams Digital in Saint Charles. Calls about your account run by phone or Zoom.

Setup and channels

Setup is charged once. The monthly price covers the posting.

A $150 setup fee, once

Every plan starts with a one-time setup. That's when your channels get connected and your brand voice gets written down, before anything is scheduled.

Every channel counts toward your plan

Each channel you use counts toward your plan's limit, from 2 on Starter to 6 on Pro. No channel adds anything to setup.

Supported channels

Each one counts toward your plan's channel limit. YouTube posts need a video from you. Using one that isn't listed? Ask us about it.

How Social Autopilot works

People check your Facebook page before they call. If the last post is from March, some of them assume you closed. We keep it current.

  • 1

    1. Tell us how your business sounds

You fill in a brand voice questionnaire on your customer portal. It covers how you talk, what you'd rather never see in a post, and the facts we're allowed to state about you.

  • 2

    2. Pick the pace

Your plan sets the most posts per week on each channel. Within that, you pick how often to post and what the posts should focus on.

  • 3

    3. Posts are drafted and scheduled ahead

Posts are drafted automatically from your brand voice, checked against it, and scheduled at least 24 hours before they publish.

  • 4

    4. Reject anything you don't want

Your scheduled posts show on your customer portal. Reject one there, up to 24 hours before it publishes, and it won't go out.

What every plan includes

The plans differ in channels and pace. Everything below comes with all three.

Written in your voice

Posts are drafted from the brand voice you describe, including the topics and phrases you'd rather we left alone.

Only facts you've given us

Posts only state facts you gave us. We check each one against your list before it's scheduled.

A version for each channel

The same message is written differently for each platform, so someone who follows you in two places doesn't read the same paragraph twice.

One clear next step

Posts end with one specific thing to do next, such as calling you or visiting the right page.

Links that work where they're posted

Google Business Profile posts get a button to the matching page. Facebook and LinkedIn links are clickable. Instagram captions can't hold a clickable link, so the post names the page instead.

Your photos first

Upload photos on your customer portal and posts use them. AI-generated images appear only if you've said yes to them.

See how it works

The Social Autopilot page walks through it with a made-up business, from the brand voice questionnaire to finished posts.

What isn't included

Social Autopilot drafts and publishes your posts. These sit outside every plan.

Replies to comments and messages

Answering comments and direct messages stays with you.

Replies to reviews

Responding to reviews on Google or anywhere else stays with you too.

Ad spend

Plans cover posting. Any money spent on ads or boosted posts sits outside the plan.

Research reports

Competitor, market-trend and audience reports aren't included.

Questions about Social Autopilot

If yours isn't here, call (636) 362-6221 or email yourfriends@adamsdigital.com.

How much does social media management cost with Adams Digital?

Social Autopilot is $149 a month on Starter, $249 on Standard and $399 on Pro, plus a one-time $150 setup fee. The price is right here on the page, so you don't need a sales call to find it out.

Which areas do you cover?

St. Charles County, St. Louis County and the city of St. Louis. We're based in Saint Charles, and everything runs by phone, Zoom and your customer portal, so where you are in the metro doesn't change anything.

Can I talk to someone local?

Yes. Call or text (636) 362-6221, our Saint Charles number, and you'll reach the people who run Social Autopilot.

Can posts cover local events?

Yes. Add a market, an open house or any other dated event under Events in your business profile on the portal. We post about it about a week before and again the day before, with the real date and place.

Is 2 posts a week the total, or per channel?

Per channel. On Starter that's up to 2 posts a week on each channel, across up to 2 channels. Standard is up to 3 a week across up to 3 channels, and Pro is up to 5 a week across up to 6. Those are the most a plan allows, and you can pick a slower pace.

Will the posts be written for my business, or are they generic?

They're written for your business. Each post is drafted from your brand voice, which records how you talk and the facts we're allowed to state about you. That matters most if you make your own products or work in a field where a wrong claim can cause trouble. If a fact isn't in your brand voice, we don't put it in a post. We check every post against it, and you can still reject anything up to a day before it goes out.

Can I review posts before they're published?

Yes. We schedule every post at least 24 hours before it goes out, and your scheduled posts show up on your customer portal. You can reject any of them there up to 24 hours before it publishes.

What if a post is wrong, or doesn't fit that week?

Reject it on the portal and it won't publish. If the problem was a wrong fact, fix it in your brand voice on the portal. Once you approve the new example posts it shows you, the posts already scheduled get checked again against the change.

Can I see what's coming up?

Yes. The portal lists your scheduled posts and their dates. We aim to keep about a month of posts scheduled ahead, so you can see what's coming well before it goes out.

Do posts include hashtags, tags and a call to action?

Yes. Hashtags only come from lists you've agreed with us, and the only accounts a post tags are ones you've listed. Each post also has a call to action, like calling you or visiting a page.

Can a post link to a specific page or product instead of my homepage?

Yes, where the platform allows it. A Google Business Profile post gets a button that can point at the matching page, and Facebook and LinkedIn links are clickable. Instagram doesn't make caption links clickable, so an Instagram post names the page in words instead.

Which social channels can you post to?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, YouTube, X, Bluesky and Threads. If you use one that isn't listed, ask us about it. YouTube posts need a video from you. Each channel you use counts toward your plan's limit: up to 2 on Starter, 3 on Standard and 6 on Pro. No channel adds to the setup fee.

Do you set up my Google Business Profile?

Social Autopilot posts to a Google Business Profile you already have. Setting one up from scratch isn't part of the monthly plan, so ask us about it when you get in touch.

What isn't included in Social Autopilot?

Social Autopilot drafts and publishes your posts. Replying to comments, direct messages and reviews stays with you. Ad spend isn't included, and neither are competitor, market-trend or audience reports.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The agreement is month to month with Adams Digital of Saint Charles, under Missouri law. Write to us to cancel and it ends with the month you've already paid for. The setup fee isn't refunded.

I run more than one business or location. How is that priced?

A second brand or location is priced case by case. Tell us what you run and we'll quote it.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us which channels you use and how often you'd like to post, and we'll tell you which plan covers it. Call (636) 362-6221, or see how Social Autopilot sits next to our web design, hosting, domain and email services.
